IPEA
audit reports contain factual, unbiased observations
and information relating to the excipient manufacturer
and the quality system under which the titled excipient
is produced. IPEA reviews each
report to ensure it contains pertinent information
as established in the Joint IPEC-PQG
Good Manufacturing Practices Audit Guide for Pharmaceutical
Excipients.
Sale of each audit report results in a credit
of $500 to the audit sponsor. Credits can be used
either to purchase additional reports or toward
sponsorship of another excipient audit.
Reports
are considered current for two-years from audit
date.
