IPEA
audit reports contain factual, unbiased observations
and information relating to the excipient manufacture
and quality system under which the titled excipient
was produced. Senior IPEA officers review each
report to ensure it contains pertinent information
as established in the IPEC/PQG
Good Manufacturing Practices Guide for Pharmaceutical
Excipients.
Sale of each audit report results in a credit
of $500 to the audit sponsor. Credits can be used
either to purchase additional reports or toward
sponsorship of another excipient audit.
Reports
are considered current for two-years from audit
date.
